𝐁𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟑𝟎, 𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟗, the Village of Caronport will be using eNotices to send Utility Bills to our customers via the email addresses you have provided to us for your 𝙦𝙪𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙡𝙮 billing. 𝙋𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙘𝙩 𝙪𝙨 𝙞𝙛 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙬𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙖𝙙𝙙 𝙤𝙧 𝙘𝙤𝙧𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙖𝙣 𝙚𝙢𝙖𝙞𝙡 𝙖𝙙𝙙𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨. We assume that as you have previously provided an email address for your account that you agree to receive Utility eNotices but please contact the office if you have any questions.
𝐁𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟑𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟗 we will be sending your Utility Bills 𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙝𝙡𝙮 and we ask that you send a water meter reading on the last day of each month.
𝐁𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟎 we will be adding 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙩 to overdue accounts at the end of each month at a rate of 3% per month. The due date will be clearly indicated on your eNotice.
We hope that by moving to monthly billings we will help you budget for water and sewer the same way you budget for power, energy and telephone services. 𝙚𝙉𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙖𝙡𝙨𝙤 𝙝𝙚𝙡𝙥 𝙪𝙨 𝙨𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙥𝙖𝙥𝙚𝙧 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙜𝙚! Paper copies of Utility bills and receipts can still be picked up at the office during office hours.
We will also email your receipt to you when we receive payment.
