PUBLIC NOTICE
Public Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Village of Caronport intends to adopt a bylaw under The Planning and Development Act, 2007 to amend Bylaw No 5/93, known as the Zoning Bylaw.
INTENT
The proposed amendment to the Zoning Bylaw is intended to allow for solar panels in the Village of Caronport.
PUBLIC INSPECTION
Any person may inspect the bylaw at the municipal office between
1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Mondays and 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Tuesday to Friday excluding statutory holidays.
PUBLIC HEARING
Council will hold a public hearing on the 18th day of September, 2025 at 7:30p.m. in Council Chambers located at 201 Valleyview Drive in the Village of Caronport, Saskatchewan to hear any person or group that wants to comment on the proposed bylaws. Council will also consider written comments received at the hearing or delivered to the undersigned at the municipal office prior to 3:00 p.m. on 17th day of September 2025.
